Our Services

Welcome to St. Theresa’s Child Care Centre, a warm, inclusive, and faith-based environment proudly operated by the Carmelite Missionary Sisters of St. Therese of the Child Jesus since 1979. Licensed under the Ontario Child Care and Early Years Act, we provide full-day care for toddlers and preschoolers ages 1½ to 6 years. Our diverse team of educators reflects a rich tapestry of cultures, ensuring every child feels valued and supported. We offer specialized supports through the City of Toronto and accommodate individual dietary needs. St. Theresa’s proudly participates in the CWELCC program since January 2025.

This non-profit, licensed child care, serves children 18 months to 6 years. It is located at 1196 Wilson Avenue.  Currently, the child care fee subsidy is not available at this location. This location participates in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care system.

St. Theresa’s Day Care Centre is licensed for maximum operating capacity of 98 children.

- Room 101: 3 Educators with 15 Children

- Room 102: 3 Educators with 15 Children

• Three (3)  Preschool Rooms

- Room 103:  3 Educators with 22 Children

- Room 104:  3 Educators with 22 Children

- Room 105:  3 Educators with 24 Children
